For the production of plastic components for pharmaceutical use - such as turbohalers for asthma sprays,
injection ampoules, baby pacifiers, etc. - under Class A cleanroom conditions and taking pressure,
temperature, and humidity into account, the following air conditioning concept was implemented with PMA
products:
A KS 98plus multi-function controller (with pressure sensors and a combined humidity & temperature sensor) with external RM 200 I/O modules connected via CANopen is linked to a "touch panel" industrial PC (type PC 153 PPT) and PMA's MSI Oprogramowanie using ADAM communication modules. The system complies with the American GMP quality management regulations for the manufacture of pharmaceutical products. |
