Hot-runner control from PMA at the FAKUMA 2005
in Hall A5, Stand 5308!

At the coming FAKUMA in Friedrichshafen, PMA and selected mold manufacturers will be showing the new versions
of the HRC hot-runner controller. For example, the new singe-loop controller KS 50-1 HRC features the simple
operation you expect from PMA equipment. Apart from the adjusted setpoint and the process value, they also
display e.g. the standby setpoint, the selected boost temperature and duration, or the heating current and
current monitoring limit at the push of a button. Of course, all the user benefits of our new BluePort controller
generation are also available in this hot-runner controller, plus a standard interface protocol for machine control.
Also the multi controllers have experienced an evolution "made by PMA", which includes:
- Controlled temperature reduction - with large, complex molds, this prevents mechanical stresses due to different thermal expansion rates
- Display of cooling media, and coolant circuit monitoring - for the protection of hot-runner molds
- Touch-screen operation from "small to large"
Find out more about our HRC novelties at the FAKUMA in Hall A5, Stand 5308, or simply ask for advance information.

controller with new single-loop operation . and the multi-loop controller HRC 800 now also monitors cooling circuits
